Can I place a blanket standing order through your site with scheduled delivery dates and quantities?
You can place standing orders on our site. We do not offer scheduled delivery dates, but we do offer dates the orders can be placed. Depending on your shipping method we typically delivery within 1-5 business days.
How do I submit a request for a quote?
- Go to our Contact Us page
- Fill out the form and make sure to choose Request a Quote for your Inquiry Type
- Tell us what you’re looking to receive a quote on in our How can we help you? field
How can I check the status or tracking numbers of my order?
You can check the status of your orders when you are logged in and view your order details. You will also receive an email notification when tracking numbers are assigned to your order. These will also display in your order details page.
What communication will I receive when I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation immediately once you place an order.
How do I know if my online order went through successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation with your order summary from email@example.com. Please ensure you have this email address on your whitelist so your order updates do not get placed in your SPAM folder.
How long does it take for my account to be set up?
When you first register you may have a temporary account number and see list price. Once your Leica Biosystems customer account info syncs with your online profile, you will see your true account number and pricing. This will be done within one business hour, and during this time you can still place online orders, and they will be linked to your account, updated with your pricing, and processed normally.
How do I place orders with special shipping instructions or lot numbers?
During your checkout session within the Shipping step, click Edit under your Special Instructions and you will have the options to Save for this order or Save as default.
How do I apply to pay via Invoice?
Will I be able to see pricing for all of my items?
Ordering Online allows access to all available consumable products with your personalized pricing.
To receive pricing on any instrumentation, please navigate to our Contact Us page to Request a Quote.
How do I reprint an invoice?
You can get a copy of your invoice for orders you place online to be sent directly & immediately to your email. When your order status is "Closed" (meaning completed) you will see this option enabled in your order detail page.
How do I change my Shipping Address location?
In My Account under Address Book click Edit and Save Changes when you have completed your updates.
You can also modify your Shipping Address within the checkout process within the Addresses step.
How do I copy items from another order?
- View order details of a prior order placed online.
- Scroll down to the Reorder: Add to Cart button.
- This will add all of the items from a previous order into your cart to purchase.
How do I reset my password?
- Navigate to LeicaBiosystems.com/ForgotPassword
- Enter your Email Address
- Click the SUBMIT button
- Check your email box
- *Note ensure you have info@LeicaBiosystems.com on your Safe Senders List
- Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button
- Enter your new password
- *Note password requirements: 7 characters minimum, must include numbers and letters, no spaces
- Enter the same password in the Confirm Password field
- Check your email box

How far back does my order history go in my account?
Your Order History has all your orders placed online. Now we do not include orders placed with other ordering methods. However, the Leica Biosystems team is working to bring in your account orders from all ordering methods.
Can I add other users and buyers to my account?
You can do this by signing up for Self-Service Administration. With this account you can build Cost Centers and Add Users for your organization.
How do I expedite, change, or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed you are not able to make any changes without calling our Customer Service team. Please call or email ASAP so we can adjust your order.
